Project Manager / Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support agile ways of working in cross-functional teams developing digiphysical HMI solutions for commercial vehicles.
In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master and servant leader, enabling effective collaboration, flow, and continuous improvement within agile teams. You will support teams across development, scaling, and implementation phases where digital interfaces are tightly integrated with physical systems. The role requires balancing agile methodologies with the demands of industrial product development, including quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ways of working within cross-functional HMI development teams
Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and support team structure and processes
Enable collaboration across R&D disciplines (software, UX, systems, validation)
Support teams during scaling, implementation, and industrialization phases
Drive continuous improvement and alignment in evolving agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in complex product development environments
Background in HMI and/or digiphysical development (software + hardware integration)
Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams
Demonstrated experience in scaling and transitioning solutions into implementation
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish
University degree in technical design or related field
Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe
Familiarity with large-scale industrial product development environments
