We are looking for a Production Quality Engineer for a long-term consulting assignment with a client in Huskvarna/Jönköping. The assignment starts immediately and is 100% on-site. You will work in a technically advanced environment where quality, processes, and continuous improvement are central to ensuring reliable products and efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for assuring product quality and the way of working throughout the supply chain. This includes establishing, monitoring, and improving processes as well as representing management or the customer in matters related to production quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Examining and evaluating ways of working to ensure compliance with current requirements and directives

• Continuously following up the state of quality and initiating quality-assuring measures when necessary

• Planning, conducting, and following up on:

  • Product audits

  • Process audits

  • Internal audits

  • Third-party audits

• Analyzing statistics from the non-conformance reporting system

• Reporting the overall state of quality, audits, and improvement work to responsible stakeholders

• Supporting activities to ensure delivery criteria are met

• Driving improvement initiatives to raise product and organizational quality

You will also contribute by:

• Clarifying needs and requirements from a quality perspective

• Driving problem-solving activities within the quality area, including root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)

• Participating in or leading initiatives related to product and organizational development

• Guiding colleagues in the management system and providing education within areas owned by the quality department

Qualifications

• Several years of experience working with production quality, quality engineering, or quality assurance

• Experience with audits, quality follow-ups, and continuous improvement processes

• Experience working with non-conformance systems and quality metrics

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments

• Knowledge of quality management systems and audit methodologies

• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements
