We are looking for an experienced System & Software Engineer to work on the development of a complex missile system platform (RBS15 MPC) and its associated test equipment. This is a highly technical assignment where deep knowledge of the product’s architecture, behavior and development history is essential.

In this role, you will contribute to system design, software development, integration and verification activities, supporting a rapidly growing organization with demanding delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• System‑level and software development for the RBS15 MPC platform

• Design and implementation of test systems and test equipment for verification and validation

• Contribute to product evolution, architecture decisions, and long‑term technical strategy

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across system, software, electronics and test

• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex system issues

• Support high‑pace development and delivery phases with expert knowledge of the product

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in system and software development for complex embedded defense systems

• Must have prior hands‑on experience with RBS15 product development
  (experience with this specific product line is required to succeed in the assignment)

• Strong background in test system development and hardware‑software integration

• Ability to work in fast‑moving, delivery‑critical environments

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Additional Information

Some assignments may require security vetting or specific citizenship depending on client needs.
