About the Role

As a Recruitment Intern at Astek, you will join our recruitment team and gain insight into the full recruitment process, primarily focused on technical roles such as mechanical design, electronics, software, and project management.

You will support our recruiters in several parts of the process, including:

• Participating in requirement meetings with managers

• Writing and publishing job ads

• Searching for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels

• Screening applications and CVs

• Conducting initial interviews

• Supporting reference checks and administration

A major focus during your internship will be search and candidate identification, where you will learn how to attract and assess technical talent in a competitive market.

We work with structured, competency-based recruitment methods and you will receive continuous guidance throughout your internship.

Requirements

• Ongoing post-secondary education within HR, recruitment or similar

• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

• B driver’s license (not showstopper)
